Sometimes it can be hard to remember how important it is to make sure we are putting the right things in our body. It is very difficult to eat a balanced diet every day. However, there are certain foods that you can incorporate into your diet to help reduce your stress level.

vegetables
Green vegetables are good for many things. One is its ability to help combat stress. Magnesium is a very important and powerful mineral found in green leafy vegetables. Get enough to help your muscles stay relaxed and enjoyable which can avoid stress.

You'd be surprised how little slice of black chocolate can do for you. He did a lot of health benefits. It is a natural stimulant that can give you an energy boost. So go ahead, indulge a little. Just do not overdo it.
Oats
Oatmeal is one of my favorite foods. At one time, I ate every morning for breakfast as a right for all year. Crazy I know! The good news is that I help combat stress. You've heard me talk a lot about serotonin and here it comes again. Fish oil, owing to the essential fatty acids contained therein, to aid uptake of serotonin in the brain. Serotonin makes your brain feel good. And when your brain feels good, is better able to cope with stress.
Milk
Many people refer to milk as a wind meal. This is because milk proteins are excellent to help reduce anxiety. Calcium also helps with muscle relaxation. If you ever have trouble sleeping try drinking a glass of warm milk. It always works!
